Are you looking for a way to start or restart your running? Join our 5K training group for a fun, supportive environment to kick start your health goals. If you're unsure if the group is right for you, come out to our first run and try it out for free!
The program is a mix of walking and running. Our goal throughout the training program is to gradually increase the running portions while decreasing the walking portions to help you effectively complete a 5K. Along the way, we'll keep you moving with guidance and advice, weekly group training runs, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.
With Coach April no one gets left behind! One of the biggest fears is "I'll be the slowest" -- please set that aside and come participate!
The program duration is from March 25 - June 25. The group meets Monday and Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. at Finley Community Park in Santa Rosa.
Baby strollers are welcome, all paces are accommodated.

The Fleet Feet Running Club is about encouraging and motivating one another to do their best, and whether you are looking to simply finish, improve on a previous time or qualify for Boston, you will become a better, faster and smarter runner. This group covers distances from 10K to the marathon, and is recommended for runners at a 13 minute per mile pace or faster.
Sign up for one month at a time for $45.00 per month, or get a discount on multi-month memberships of 3, 6 or 12 months. You will receive email reminders to renew so that you remain current.
