If you have always thought of doing a 10K or half marathon, come train with us! Our 12 week 10K and half marathon training program is specifically designed to prepare runners and run/walkers for the 6.2 or 13.1 mile distance. First run is June 9 from Fleet Feet Sports, 111 Third Street, Santa Rosa. Starting at 3 miles (10K) or 6 miles (half) with each week increasing by a mile. Weekday runs are no longer than an hour. The goal race for this training group is the Santa Rosa 10K or Half Marathon the weekend of August 25th-26th, 2018.
