Our 10K training programs are a great “next step” from our 5K programs. Whether you want to maintain your current fitness level, continually challenge your endurance, or develop a solid foundation in the hopes of training for a future half or full marathon, this is the training program for you. The program will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance. Weekly group runs and a new community of runners will keep you motivated to reach your personal goals. Runners and run/walkers are welcome.
Group meets on Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. First run is 2 miles and we increase gradually over the 13 weeks to the 7 mile distance. We will host an informational meeting one hour prior to the first session (7:00 am). For training, we will meet on Channel Drive, Santa Rosa.
