Water to Wine Half Marathon
$99, $79 for returning participants
Train to run or run/walk your first half or improve your race time. This training will prepare you for a half marathon by increasing your run fitness through gradually increasing mileage, working on run form, better bio-mechanics, and coached workouts to help you run faster. First run is 6 miles and each week the distance increases by a mile.
To get the most out of this group, we suggest that you currently run or run/walk 5 miles and able to maintain a 14 minute per mile pace.
