Improve your running economy and fitness with a weekly speed work session. Work out with a group to help keep you motivated, and get expert coaching to help with your running form, training approach, and injury prevention. This is best for intermediate to advanced runners who have been running for at least several months, but pace is not a consideration - everyone is there to improve! The group meets Tuesdays at 6:00 pm at various locations for timed intervals, distance intervals and hill repeats. Even elite runners prefer to work out in a group when it comes to speed workouts!
