The Fleet Feet Running Club is about encouraging and motivating one another to do their best, and whether you are looking to simply finish, improve on a previous time or qualify for Boston, you will become a better, faster and smarter runner. This group covers distances from 10K to the marathon, and is recommended for runners at a 13 minute per mile pace or faster.
Sign up for one month at a time for $45.00 per month, or get a discount on multi-month memberships of 3, 6 or 12 months. You will receive email reminders to renew so that you remain current.

Fleet Feet Running Club - Tuesday Speed Work

$30 per month, $80 for 3 months, $160 for 6 months
Improve your running economy and fitness with a weekly speed work session. Work out with a group to help keep you motivated, and get expert coaching to help with your running form, training approach, and injury prevention. This is best for intermediate to advanced runners who have been running for at least several months, but pace is not a consideration - everyone is there to improve! The group meets Tuesdays at 6:00 pm at various locations for timed intervals, distance intervals and hill repeats. Even elite runners prefer to work out in a group when it comes to speed workouts! Empire Runners Summer Track Series
The Fleet Feet Santa Rosa summer youth track program is about promoting confidence and enjoyment for youth to participate in the Summer Track Series by Empire Runners. The group is designed for ages 6-13 (age exceptions may be allowed after discussion with the coach). Every other Tuesday the program will allow kids to race in the Summer Track Series with the guidance of coaches. The kids will learn all the track basics, differences between sprinting and long distance, what type of track events there are, and learn which events they prefer. This program will primarily focus on running events and long jump. Overall, the main purpose of this program is to show kids how to enjoy running, racing, and competing. Beginning and Intermediate tracks available. Track Meet Dates: see Empire Runners Club website. Hear more about the Youth Track Club and meet the coaches at the Information Meeting on Tuesday, May 28 at 6pm at Fleet Feet, 111 Third Street, Santa Rosa. First club meeting is on Tuesday, June 4 at 4:30 p.m. The last club meeting will be Thursday, August 8th.
