Whether you are looking to get started on your fitness journey, are dreaming of a half marathon finish or are a Boston qualifier, Fleet Feet Sports offers programs for all levels and abilities. Finally, a group setting is uniquely motivating, and many find it easier to be consistent when meeting up with people.

Beginning 5K - Run/Walk More Info »

Program Start: Monday, August 19th, 6 p.m.
Program Schedule: Monday & Thursday Evenings
Goal Race: Cloverdale Vineyard Races, 5K
Program Fee: $119.00 + $7.14 Processing Fee (excludes race entry)
Description: Are you looking for a way to start or restart your running? Join our 5K training group for a fun, supportive environment to kick start your health goals. If you're unsure if the group is right for you, come out to our first run and try it out for free! The program is a mix of walking and running. Our goal throughout the training program is to gradually increase the running portions while decreasing the walking portions to help you effectively complete a 5K. Along the way, we'll keep you moving with guidance and advice, twice weekly group training runs, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. With Coach April no one gets left behind! One of the biggest fears is "I'll be the slowest" -- please set that aside and come participate! The program duration is from August 19th - October 20th. The group meets Monday and Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. at the corner of West 9th St and Stony Point Road (Stony Point Business Park Parking Lot) in Santa Rosa. Fleet Feet Running Club - Santa Rosa


Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. & Saturdays at 7:30 a.m.
Goal Race: Santa Rosa Marathon: 5K or 10K August 24th, Half or Full Marathon August 25th
Program Fee: $45.00/month (excludes race entry)
Description: The Fleet Feet Running Club is about encouraging and motivating one another to do their best, and whether you are looking to simply finish, improve on a previous time or qualify for Boston, you will become a better, faster and smarter runner. This group covers distances from 10K to the marathon, and is recommended for runners at a 13 minute per mile pace or faster. Sign up for one month at a time for $45.00 per month, or get a discount on multi-month memberships of 3, 6 or 12 months. You will receive email reminders to renew so that you remain current. Fleet Feet Intro to Trail Group - Fall 2019

Program Start: Sunday, September 15th, 8:00 am
Program Schedule: Sundays at 8 am, various locations
Goal Race: Rodeo Beach Trail Run
Program Fee: $119 excludes race entry
Description: Join us to explore local trails in our beautiful Sonoma County parks, and learn how to conquer the terrain. You will experience some amazing scenery while learning new trails that you will visit for years to come. Hitting the dirt may be just what you are looking for to reduce injury and enhance your running experience. The program is designed to make sure that no one runs alone, so please don't worry about being left behind. Sunday runs will vary in distance and intensity. This group is for the newbie trail runner looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to improve their running and reduce injuries. Sunday morning runs will start at 2 miles and work up to 6 miles. Goal race is the Rodeo Beach 8K on December 14th, 2019. Cost for training program: $119.00 and does not include the race fee. Fleet Feet Trail Group - Rodeo Beach 20K

Program Start: Sunday, September 15th, 8:00 am
Program Schedule: Sundays at 8 am, Tuesdays at 6 pm
Goal Race: Rodeo Beach Trail Run
Program Fee: $119 (does not include race fee)
Description: Hit the trails with old friends and new in our Fall Trail group aimed at the Rodeo Beach 20k December 14th. Sunday runs will vary in distance and intensity, most will be hilly and challenging.  This group is for the experienced runner, albeit slow or fast, looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to improve their running.  Weekly runs will be on the trails out in Annadel State Park and other nearby parks such as Bald Mountain, Point Reyes, Shell Beach, Marin Headlands, etc.  Sunday morning runs will start at 5 miles and work up to the 20K (12.4 miles) race distance. Additionally, you can run speed work and hill repeats in a group setting on Tuesday evenings. You are welcome to come to the first training and give us a test run.  There will be an information meeting on September 15 at 7:30 a.m. on Channel Drive, Santa Rosa.  Cost for training program:  $119 (does not include race fee)

Fleet Feet Running Club - Tuesday Speed Work

Program Start: ex: Sunday, January 18th, 6:00pm
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m.
Program Fee: $30 per month, $80 for 3 months, $160 for 6 months
Description: Improve your running economy and fitness with a weekly speed work session. Work out with a group to help keep you motivated, and get expert coaching to help with your running form, training approach, and injury prevention. This is best for intermediate to advanced runners who have been running for at least several months, but pace is not a consideration - everyone is there to improve! The group meets Tuesdays at 6:00 pm at various locations for timed intervals, distance intervals and hill repeats. Even elite runners prefer to work out in a group when it comes to speed workouts!
